"We were a bit hesitant to book this hotel after reading so many negative reviews, but due to past issues with overnight parking at other places, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the room was spotless and all the amenities were well maintained. We stayed for three nights and never had a problem finding parking, even when returning after midnight. People are crazy haha I chanced it finally because on some pics it looks like they have tubs in rooms not just stand up shower so even though it wasn’t specified which kind they have in city view rooms I went for it after being hesitant bc of reviews for so long. It’s a basic little hotel not some motel. Bathroom was very clean and updated from pics I seen online...."

"Better than expected! Inviting decor, thoughtful design touches such as LED lighting in the headboard and behind the TV which made it cozy at night. Tall ceilings. No individual bottles of toiletries or coffee in the lobby but that’s expected at this price point. Small stains on sheets but clean otherwise. Would book again"

"Nice place, clean room, quite, but has not kettle or coffee maker. Hasn't bra or bed lamp. No WiFi pass in the room, need to ask personal on the desk. Small fridger in the room. Nice mattress. Good view to the Manhattan from room *10, *12 and *12 above second floor. Parking inside for five car, for free. Busy parking outside on the street. Really good place."

"Honestly was looking for a last minute place to crash and also use as a place for modeling website. Small rooms are my fear in NYC and I walked in to find a nice size bed, room, nice view, and bathroom. Sink a little faulty but not end of world. AC worked very nice and thats great for the summer, and it smelled pretty okay, halls are not sound proof, but just ask for a room at the end. There..."

"Pretty good location. In a nice part of Brooklyn. Train close by. Rooms are kind of small but hey it’s nyc. It’s crazy how everything is available to you. Also the view of the city is breathtaking. You are also able to go up on the 5th floor and look out at the city. Also smoke some weed up there too!"

"Our original lodging didn't work out, and this was the only hotel ready for us to check in at 2am. Totally saved us! The man at the front desk was really kind and helpful, and gave us a discount since we arrived so late. I'm a little surprised by many of these reviews, our room was clean, the hallways were clean, and the elevator is fixed! The lobby is charming, I enjoyed the woodwork!"
